Orlando Vacation Homes: Bring the Whole Family and Save Money!
|
|
The more the merrier might be a good slogan for the Orlando vacation homes that are available to visitors to Disney World and other Orlando area attractions. Why is it a good slogan? The more people that you bring in your group, the greater the savings you get in your accommodations budget. And when I talk about savings, I am not considering budget lodgings, but fully equipped luxury mansions with up to 5000 sq. feet of space. If you would like to bring a large family or sizeable group to Orlando, then read this article and you will find out how you can take advantage of this opportunity.
In case you are wondering what the vacation homes are all about, let me give you an overview. You can rent two to eight bedroom homes in the vicinity of Disney World on a nightly or weekly basis. The homes are located in resort communities, some of which are as close to a five minute drive from Disney World. Others are located no more than 15 minutes from Disney and close to other Orlando attractions.
The Orlando Vacation homes are fully furnished and equipped with many amenities including: private or community swimming pools, air conditioning and heating, fully equipped and ready to use kitchens, big screen TVs, home entertainment systems and in some cases spas and game rooms.
In addition to the luxurious amenities, the homes are conveniently located. Not only are they close to Disney World and other Orlando area attractions, but they are well served by nearby restaurants and shopping malls.
Suppose you are planning an Orlando vacation for a group of 12 people. If you had to accommodate everyone in a hotel then your daily and weekly hotel bill will be quite high. However, you can get a five bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation home for around $200 per night. The per-person, per-night cost is less than $20. Try matching that in any hotel!
If you are coming with a smaller group or normal sized family then you can also save. Lets look at another example. You can get a three bedroom vacation home for $115-135 per night. The variation in price depends on when you visit Orlando. The holiday periods of Christmas, New Year, and Thanksgiving are peak periods and the prices a slightly higher at these times.
Do the math and you will see that whether you are traveling in a small or large group it works out to be cheaper to stay in a rental home rather than a hotel. In addition, the comfort, convenience and flexibility that rental homes provide means that you can take advantage of the low prices without sacrificing your comfort and enjoyment. In fact, enthusiastic vacationers who have stayed in vacation home rentals say that the homes are much more enjoyable than the hotels.
So, if you are planning a vacation at Disney World and Orlando, then select the vacation home that is right for your family or group and make your reservation today.
